No Sound - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Status
Not open for further replies.
Well, my audio is working just fine (iTunes, youtube, quicktime, finalcut, on and on.) Not sure anything is broken here. Unless it's going to cause damage I'm considering this build perfect.

Problem Report
  1. The device is present but there is no sound out of rear green port. Headphone audio works fine.
  2. macOS Sierra 10.12.4 / ASUS TUF Z270 Mark 2 / BIOS version 0906 / Intel Core i5 6600K / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
  3. Used MultiBeast procedure
    1. ALC887/888b
    2. 100 Series Audio
  4. IOReg attached
  5. AppleHDA.kext attached
  6. AppleHDAxxx.kext not installed
  7. I don't know how to find "kernel" in the Console
  8. Screenshots attached
  9. No Chameleon
  10. config.plist attached, DPCIManager/Misc/Boot Log attached
  11. Speakers
    1. CyberAcoustics, work fine with Windows
    2. Green rear on motherboard
    3. Line-out (Green Rear)
By the way, yes, this is a dual-boot system with Windows 10. I don't have Realtek drivers installed in Windows.

My mistake, script showed a problem and has been updated.
Download latest.

Which one is the latest I should be running? And again I'm assuming just run over what I have. Don't need to clean install Sierra ?

no iTunes or Youtube working
Try an experiment:
1. Remove EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/SSDT-HDEF-HDAS-1.aml
2. Run MultiBeast 9+ > Drivers > Audio > RealtekALCxxx √ 100 Series Audio
Restart and reply with new files.
