see my edit, i just did it as you replied lol. basically you need to inject fake intelgfx

i tried installing using a usb3 port but it failed. needs to be done from a rear usb2 port initially... once you've set everything up, all usb ports will work

Ok, i try it in this evening. I will inject fake intelgfx and try to install. Thank you! I will report the result soon.

I moved forward! But... after installation, i try to boot my 'macOS' drive and see the following...
DRMStatus: iTunes/Apple Store Content Access Problem. Content playback may be disabled on this computer. You can continue to use the machine, but you should contact an Apple support representative. ErrorCode: 8877652

P.S.: I injected fake intelgfx.

Damn...
Yes, i done.

LOL! Regarding my Bluetooth issues... I bought a new board today and went to return the other one, and the guy asked if I had the WiFi antenna plugged in; I'm like no... i was using Ethernet, no need. He said it's needed for Bluetooth as well. Lo and behold, I install the new board and Bluetooth didn't work again. I plugged in antenna and the Bluetooth device list filled up straight away!

I was planning to buy a second one of these boards anyway to build a second machine. But at least I know the original one wasn't actually faulty :)

TLDR: WiFi antenna required to be attached for Bluetooth to work on this motherboard.

I believe you can follow my guide, it shouldn't have any problem. In order to get Kabylake to work on H110, you need to update bios. And I'm not sure about your network card, you can go without network card at the first place, then after all, install it and find Mac drivers for it
