I did delete all the files before dumping again.

You must delete them on the EFI partition that you're booting Clover from.
If you're booting from USB, must delete files from ACPI/origin on USB EFI.
If you're booting from HDD/SSD, must delete files from ACPI/origin on HDD/SSD EFI.
The files dumped by Clover will not depend on the device it was booted from.
They will only depend on the state of BIOS...
You should pay attention to what you're doing and verify by looking at the dumplog.

Thank you for all the suggestions I think i have done it finally as per all your suggestions.
I have deleted the SSDT-8.aml from ACPI\patched as it is not present in the current extraction in clover which I am booting the OS from. From what this guide says it was something to do with the Radeon graphics.
I have added the fix Mutex to zero patch as per your suggestion.
I have also noticed one thing that this guides initial dell specific patch had a FIX PNOT patch which i have commented out like in the file attached.
Also should i have DropOEM in SSDT in my config.plist set to true or false because I am getting confused since I am using SSDT-0 and SSDT-1 and SSDT-2 which are unpatched.

Could you have a peek on my config.plist file if everything is in order or would you suggest any changes to be done.

This looks fine...
DropOem=true is correct as you have patched SSDTs in ACPI/patched.

Thanks you.

Audio: boot without caches (-f), rebuild cache, reboot.
WiFi: Your copy of FakePCIID kexts is too old.
