I have a brix pro i7 5775R which I am upgrading from the 4570R. I just moved all the hardware from the old unit to the new one but can't boot mac. I can't find UEFI support in the bios like I could on the old brix. it tries to boot of the hdd but it defaults to my second hdd which has windows. how do i enable UEFI support so that I can get it to boot Clover?

Off-topic. This guide is for Haswell BRIX units only.
It would require tweaks for Broadwell BRIX.

REF: Sierra 10.12.2 upgrade

Just got around to addressing sound and graphics on my BX15-4570R.
Source package downloaded as zip from git.
download.sh
install_download.sh all went find
Compile a problem, make clean failed to assist error in SSDT-IGPU. "attached error message"

Any ideas?

Thanks

You are using the wrong version of iasl.
The correct version is downloaded by download.sh.
And it is installed to /usr/bin/iasl by install_downloads.sh.

You must have installed a different version that is on your path prior to /usr/bin.
Use 'which iasl' to find out where you put it, then remove it.

For those who doesn't have Broadcom BCM94352 bluetooth dongles works without any problem ;)

Yes, it does.
Basic Stats:
CPU- -5th gen i7-5775R 3.3GHz
Chipset - Intel® HM87 Chipset
LAN - Gigabit LAN (Realtek RTL8111H)
Audio - Realtek ALC269
Graphics - Intel® Iris™ Pro graphics 6200

I did a quick search and did not see a NUC6 guide .... have a link?
Hi did you get this work?

Hi James,
No, I never did get it to work.
The skill sets for figuring out all the little details to get it "really usable" are not in my wheelhouse.
I also need to get it up and running and usable so I went with Ubuntu. I would like to come back to this at some point but that would be a while down the road, and possibly another Brix .... next time I will get one that has a higher success rate here instead of just getting the latest fastest hardware. :)
