You might try booting with GraphicsEnabler=No and see if that will work since GE=Yes did not. If that does not work, add the nv_disable=1 boot arg to org.chameleon.boot.plist until you find a fix for the 9500GT - you may need to add the card device ID to the device ID .plist in one of the nVidia kexts.

Cheers GB.
I can do GE yes or no but after that for the rest of your guide I am lost.
Please advise/simplify how to do your following insts:
A) add the nv_disable=1 boot arg to org.chameleon.boot.plist
B) add the card device ID to the device ID .plist in one of the nVidia kexts

Regards

Download and install free plist Editor Pro for Windows, available from many places - take care to scan for viruses/malware before executing installation file as some repositories may have a corrupted version.

GB since our last communication I have " Fresh reinstalled" Snow Leopard and will very much appreciate as to how to add "nv_disable=1" into .plist (what should the String look like)?
Also your suggestion of "add the card device ID to the device ID .plist in one of the nVidia kexts"
In my case is the Card Device ID: nVidia GeForce 9500GT?

Please excuse my ignorance or capability to understand how to execute the above instructions.

Regards

Hi Going Bald
I managed to find the Card Device ID. Snap shot attached.
Please advise how to get into Devise ID .plist and what content of the snap shot to add to it?
Regards

From your pic the card is recognized (vendor and device ID are listed and GPU type is shown as 9500GT) and your display is seen to be connected to it. Is the display resolution correct as shown? What port on the GPU are you using to connect to the display?
