WOL (Wake on LAN) with TeamViewer

Dear all,

has anyone experiences with WOL + TeamViewer and has a recommendation how to wake up the machine via internet?

I already have done the following steps:

a) Enabled Power on by PCI-E/PCI in the APM configurations in BIOS
b) Installed IntelMausiEthernet v.2.2.0 with MultiBeast
c) Turned on 'Wake for Ethernet network access' in energy settings

So far, I have no problems waking up the machine with my MacBook via screen sharing in a local network - however, it does not work with TeamViewer via internet.

Edit: I would also welcome recommendations on other software/VPN clients etc.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have checked this and I know how to set things up. Actually, I am able to connect to my Macbook from the Hackintosh via WOL -- but not vice versa. Given that, I am pretty sure that I have set things up correctly in TeamViewer settings.

Do you have any other suggestions (program-wise) to establish a stable connection via internet with a Hackintosh?
