Skylake 6100 cpu met een Scythe shurken b rev2 cpu koeler
2 x 4 ddr4 geheugens
Gigabyte GTX 750 i oc videokaart
SSD WD 250gb
Coolermaster 450w voeding
Silverstone HTPC platte kast.

When I boot -v flag with the boot does not go. Do you have a solution?

Skylake 170 boards will not run Mavericks. You need El Capitan 10.11.5 or Sierra 10.12 for your hardware.

I have now Sierra, but can not install.
Still wating for the root boot device.
