No USB functionality after 10.6.8 update. Help Please

I updated my pc to 10.6.8 and i have lost usb functionality. Even after applying IOUSB rollback in multibeast. I am using iBoot to boot into snow leopard. Its pretty late so i cant really give much info about my hardware. Does anyone know whats going on and how to fix this?
