If you're still booting with Chimera(back up your existing Extra folder), it will contain most of the identities from your current non bootable drive so that your other devices won't see it as a foreign device. If you're using Clover just back up your entire EFI folder. Hope you get your system back up soon. If you need any assistance I would be happy to help.

I'm using multibeast 5.5.5 to get the system up and running - which was what I used when I first got the system up and running.

The non-bootable drive is currently saved as a .dmg image on my Data disk, so it's all there. I've tried to use migration assistant from it but it hasn't migrated fully. If you could help me patch the non-bootable disk or if there's some other way of getting things back the way they were that would be great! :)

Migration Assistant has never been great on hackintoshes. What I generally choose to migrate is only User and Apps. The rest I manually move. Yes it is time consuming but in the end it is worth it. It also gives you the opportunity to have a clear out old files etc. As for patching the drive I'm not sure.
