Hi, I am trying to get DiskWarrior 5 to boot from my mac using the latest Clover, I believe build 3316. I have tried all different versions with the same results.

The problem is:
clover hangs after +++++++++++++++++++++++ like it's trying to boot.

I appreciate all help and thanks!

Andy

I've found a workaround that I can confirm works on el capitan + clover but it should work for sierra as well.

1. Create a bootable usb with unibeast
2. Copy DiskWarrior from your application folder to the root directory of your bootable usb
3. Boot into your bootable usb
4. From clover, boot into either A. Recovery or B. OSX installation
5. After the language selection go Utilities --> Terminal
6. In the terminal type the following and hit enter: /Volumes/usb/DiskWarrior.app/Contents/MacOS/DiskWarrior

Note: if your bootable usb has a different name than "usb", make sure thats reflected in the terminal command.

Unlike with Chimera/Chameleon, rebuilding your startup drive with DiskWarrior will not render it un-bootable or break any configurations. My custoMac worked flawlessly after the rebuild.

Thanks @sashalex, worked fine for me and saved my day (Sierra). Probably I should mention I had to wait a little bit before the Application opened. On my first try nothing happened.

Thanks a lot @sashalex, your solution worked and just saved my day! :D
