Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-X99-Designare EX
CPU
i7-6950X
Graphics
GTX 750 Ti
Mac
  1. MacBook Pro
I cannot enter BIOS. (I do not have a HDD installed yet)

When computer is on there is ...

no BEEP(s)...( i am assuming and have not been able to confirm that the mobo has a built in speaker. No visible flashing LED either)

No Logo Screen

Have reset CMOS including removing and reinstalling battery after waiting approximately 30 minutes
I have installed the BIOS firmware F3 on a flash drive and plugged it into the white usb port, but no activity when turning computer on.

Installed only
1) stick of RAM in slot 3
2) Graphics Card
3) CPU Processor
4) USB Keyboard
I have monitors plugged into the DisplayPort and the Graphics Card. The mobo has a DisplayPort
I have returned the first mobo and even the second mobo will not boot into BIOS

When the mobo powers up, "no dvi display" and nothing else...

Any words of wisdom?

Sounds like you forgot to plug one of the atx-cables or a DOA. The mainboard has a power button near the top of the memory sockets which should emit red light while off.

Gigabyte said DOA. This is my second mobo from them as well...either I am a mobo board killer or they are having problems with this particular board. I have never seen a red light anywhere on the board at any time. I will look close when the new board shows up.
