Hello everyone,
I have been reading this forum of you lovely community for long time, but just joining you now. I am building a hackintosh, I ordered 7 parts except graphics card yesterday. Ram and SSD was delivered today, waiting for the rest. Can you please have a look at my choices and comment on them. Most probably I ll need your valuable help during installation in a few days.
- Gigabyte Z170X Designare
- Intel Core i7 6700k
- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo cpu cooler
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb (2x8) 3600mhz XMP 2.0 high performance ddr4
- Corsair RM850 80+ Gold Fully Modular
- Samsung EVO 850 500GB
- Corsair Carbide 200r compact mid Atx Case
I will be using this build for gaming(after I get a good gpu), logic pro x and some video editing. Do you think it is better to install El Capitan instead of Sierra for now as Sierra will be getting updates for some time apparently? And which graphics card would you recommend into this build? Is there any good compatible radeon gpu out there as I am planning to upgrade my monitor to LG's 29UM68-P with Freesync?
Thanks,
Dev.
