Mac OS Version Not Set, No Kext Summary - macOS Sierra

Hello all,

I've had a working Hackintosh for a couple years now, all the sudden I am not able to boot. I have attempted creating a new UniBeast Keys for Mountain Lion, Yosemite, Mavericks and now Sierra - each time using MultiBeast as well.
Every time I get a Kernel Panic and an error message that says "Mac OS not set" (please see attached image)

I'm starting to believe I have an incorrect BIOS setting but have not been able to track it down.
Anyone have a solution?

I have the same problem trying to install Sierra. It boots to Clover but when I try to boot the installer I get the exact same message.

did you ever figure out the issue? No one seems to help
