Hello my friends. I am from GREECE and do not know English very well.
I hope to understand me and to help me.

1)I see here the site that for construction mac pro

need parent z170 and process i5 6600k or i7 6700k.

A friend here in GREECE insists he needs Motherboard x99 and process xeon or i7 extreme.

What is the truth please let me know.

2)Finding Doing freelancing I found this motherboard gets all types processed.
The motherboard is the GA-X170-EXTREME ECC.

With this motherboard gets hackintosh It is not feasible?
if then becomes to look and I get her the motherboard that combines all.

waiting for your reply soon. thank you very much.

For a first build it's always best to go with parts from the Buyer's Guide to have a successful build. A Z170 motherboard with an I7-6700K should meet the needs of just about everyone. So I would advise you to stay away from X99 and I7 extreme processors until you are more experienced. It's better to have a working system than to spend a lot of money on a system you can't even install macOS on. You can then use a compatible graphics card within your budget to get the graphics quality your friend will need in the build. Watch the Apple Event on the 27th to see which new AMD cards get support. My 2¢ worth.

1)In motherboard x99 with xeon or the I7 Extreme I can not put macos;

2)Eventually a motherboard GA-X170-EXTREME ECC can not put macos;

It is possible to install macOS on an X99 system. The amount of time and effort it takes is much, much greater than for a Z170 build. It's why we don't suggest that beginners attempt one for their first build. It could possibly take you a few months of study and research before you could even begin. Then a very long time to get it to work. Attempting a Xeon X99 chipset build for your first is like asking a 4th grade math student to sit in on a High School level calculus class and then expecting them to know what to do for the class assignments. As far as the GA-X170 Extreme goes, no one here has even attempted that yet, much less had any success.

Updates can break these X99 systems quite easily. Newer versions of macOS may not work either. Apple has never used the X99 chipset or anything similar. The bottom line, take home point is to: Select all your parts from the current Buyer's Guide. Then find a Golden/User Build with the same hardware and use that as a build resource. Ask for help in the appropriate forums and enjoy a successful first build. Very simple and clearcut isn't it ?

Not sure what you are asking.

1)Updates for mac os in motherboards z170 will happen automatically as in the windows every time I have to do from the start format;;;

With Clover as your bootloader you can update directly from the Mac App Store. I wouldn't have them set to auto update though as you need to determine if you should attempt it first and make a backup of the current installation before you try to install any Mac OS updates.
