For years I have been trying to build a hackintosh. On El Capitan I was finally able to get my graphics card working but my system would still crash and freeze. Never found a fix left it there. Now I heard MacOS Sierra fixed a lot of issues with my graphics card. Great! So I went ahead and installed it. Install went super smooth. But after the reboot it would get stuck on the apple logo. I went ahead and boot into safe mode and verbose and boom I was in. Got through the setup everything great but obviously in safe mode. After running verbose mode without safe mode, I get the IOUSBHostHIDDevice:start: unable to start IOHIDDevice error, and it gets stuck there, now this is the same error I would get before when my computer just froze but at least before I was able to boot up. Anyhow I have tried everything switched peripherals to usb 2 ports tried all kinds of ports messed with bios settings removed my pci e HDD messed with bootflags I even disconected my water cooling pump from usb pins, etc ,etc. Removed soundcard I have tried EVERYTHING! The only thing that works is booting in safe mode. The only thing I havnt tried is deleting stuff from library system kexts etc. If anyone has an idea how to fix this PLSSS!

It's your video card, I am having the same problem.
Really again no love for AMD cards :// but there are others with successful 390x hackintoshes. But then again in safe mode the videocard is still detected...
