[Progress] Sierra Install Problem with successful Yosemite Build

Hello guys,

I'm trying to install Sierra on my computer which already have Yosemite working like a charm. With Sierra I have the same problem coming from El Capitan install, which I didn't continue at all, now frustration start to build because I can't figure even what is happening or going on.

Build's Component :

Case : NZXT Phantom 820 White
Motherboard : Asus P9X79 WS
CPU : i7 4930k
GPU : EVGA GTX 970
SSD : Samsung 850 Pro (with a second one for Windows 10)
HDD : 2 x WD Black 6 To
Cooler : Kraken X61

The EFI folder, config list are the default one coming for unibeast install, I only put the boot arg : -v, npci=0x2000 and nv_disable=1. I tried to plug into every USB port the usb key with the unibeast clover install, even tried the usb ownership and injection in PCI devices and other boot arg like cpus, dart, PCIRootUID, UseKernelCache, already check the big list of solutions for El capitan. I still got this problem

Where the install stops, the USB also stop working as my keyboard and mouse have their light off, and then go to this

If I wait a little bit a empty line appear and so on.

Also using safe mode with -x on boot arg, I got this


I don't know what to do right now, I'm fine with Yosemite, but I still wish to upgrade my computer.

Well, good news, I managed to install Sierra, I only needed to put GenericUSBXHCI.kext into EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other (and I feel like an idiot for not thinking about it), and the USB 3.0 port worked without stopping during the installation, however I'm now with the 2.0 usb port not working. So if anyone there have any lead, or I'm going to find what to do.

Edit : So, something is strange, the FakePCIID and FakePCIID_XHCIMux kext are recognized but not charged, how I am supposed to activate them ?
