Audio skipping ALC1150

Hi guys,

This is my first hackintosh build and everything is working perfectly except that my built-in audio randomly starts skipping.
Previously I was using my USB headset which uses its own sound card (I think) so I didn't have any problems and sound worked normally.

OSX El Capitan (10.11.6)
I'm using the GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5 motherboard which uses Realtek ALC1150 codec.
In multibeast I checked installed ALC1150 + 100 Series Audio.
I'm using UEFI Boot mode and Clover bootloader.

EDIT:
By the way, I am using one of these external usb sound cards in the meantime and that works fine.

I just need someone to point me on the right direction then I can look for a solution or ideas of what might be causing the problem.
 
After some testing today, I realized audio works fine for about 30min before the stuttering or skipping starts. I would imagine a memory buffer is not being handled correctly, any ideas?
 
My audio on same motherboard was working perfectly until update to 10.11.6 now it is skipping and even pausing for like 1-3 seconds. Does not matter if I use bluetooth or airplay to my apple tv... same thing, so I guess it is not the audio alc1150 problem. I just cant use it anymore... (for audio output whatsoever) does anybody have any idea?

Had audio degradation problems a while ago and updating Clover and using the latest Audio Patch from toleda/Multibeast fixed it.

Really? My system had the famous No Audio after sleep after using the latest toleda. :\

Makes me sad honestly. I'm on Voodoo 2.8.7 and the audio is still skipping here and there.

Yes this is similar to what is happening to me. Audio starts working normally but after about 10min it starts skipping and pausing too. It's horrible. I have not tried anything before 10.11.6
 
Me too.My audio chip is ALC1150 and have the skipping problem.

I updated to Sierra recently and now it works :O not sure why though
