How can Bizon support the 10xx Nvidia Cards already?

I recently came across an external GPU setup made my Bizon. I was wondering if anyone knew how they were able to support the latest cards already? They also advertise that the titan x 12gb is just plug and play for the 08-12 mac pro, which I also didn't think would work.

I didn't see anywhere that it would work with 08-12 Mac Pros. I don't see how that's possible since they don't have Thunderbolt ports.
 
It was here, I was dumb and assumed it was Pascal :/.

That's just the video card without the external box. You can buy that from anywhere. Yes, it will work in pretty much any computer with PCI-e slots.
