I have upgraded my machine to Sierra, and the only thing that isn't working is the sound. I have tried to install the sound drivers, but Multibeast keeps failing on me. every time, after every reboot.

Any ideas? It was working with Yosemite, I would have to reinstall the drivers all the time, but I didn't mind.

Using sound on motherboard - GA-Q77M-D2H

Have you tried the following steps from the linked page? Audio_CloverALC120Command has always worked for me for ALC 887/888b on other GA-MoBos . I don't have your Model. But I expect it to work . It takes less than 2minutes to run the command and reboot to an audio-enabled desktop
