Are the files that I have listed in post 1791 suffice? Are there any others? I haven't been able to try the dsdt method. The series 9 master link is not working or I would have tried that method as well.

Hi Toleda, update for you.
I was running macOS Sierra build 16A322 with Nvidia Web Driver - 367.10.10.05b01
I downloaded and reinstalled macOS with build 16A323 using Nvidia Web Driver - 367.15.10.05f01
During post install with the new NVIDIA driver the alert sound for completion of the install played through the HDMI audio! But on restart no longer worked.
Does this shed any light on my issue?

Hi, I'm using macOS 10.11.6 right now. With 10.11.5 HDMI audio worked perfectly with cloverHDMI method, but after updating, all audio outputs disappeared (see attached screenshot).
My specs are: Asus P8Z68 V-PRO; GeForce GTX 570; Intel i7-2600k
Attached all required files (I don't use ssdt.aml/dsdt.aml), hope you can help me fix it...

CsrActiveConfig = 0x40 is useless. Use 0x3 or 0x67.
