Wake from sleep issue. System restarts.

i managed to install mavericks on my laptop.(tried el capitan, Sierra,
but i love mavericks)

everything works, i got brightness controll functional by using rehabman's
brightness fix (patched dsdt/ssdt)
sleep works, and lap goes to sleep mode when lid closes.
but the problem is whenever i try to wake my system, it restarts. i tried to
find a solution on google, but no luck. please help me to fix this.


And one more issue. when i restart the system manually, it is also not working.
Screen goes black and all the indicators keep blinking.
