boot0ss:error means your bootloader is not finding the specific boot file.
This happens when UEFI isn't activated in your BIOS.
If UEFI is activated and you've properly installed Clover on the ESP, then you probably need to reformat your EFI Partition because it needs to be a FAT32 formatted partition with 4096 sectors.
To do so, open terminal and type in:

newfs_msdos -v EFI -F 32 /dev/rdisk0s1

That assumes that your current ESP is on disk0s1 (as usually); but you may want to change it just in case yours is different!

Does your computer have UEFI? If so, use Clover UEFI, install Windows UEFI.

Mr. RehabMan, is there a way of dual-booting Sierra and Windows 10 in the same hard disk in a mobo without UEFI?

You can boot Clover in legacy, but boot Windows 10 with UEFI from Clover.

Wait. I'm not sure I got that right.

I installed Windows first (mbr way) and had this other partition separated for the MacOS.
I then installed MacOS in it and, I believe, the MacOS installer messed with my MBR/PBR for some reason (maybe all it really did was change the active partition) nonetheless, I proceeded by booting the MacOS now installed in the hard disk and installed the Clover Legacy using the latest MultiBeast using the preferred settings for old hardware (presented in the first tab/screen).

I got the boot0af error and only was I able to reach Clover (in mbr) by dd'ing the boot1h to the MacOS partition.

I thought the nightmare was over. I couldn't be more wrong.
When I tried to access the Windows install (which showed up just fine in the Legacy Clover menu) it never booted. When I pressed enter it took me back to the Clover menu.

If I tried to access the MacOS partition, it would freeze after a few lines with a prohibited sign in the middle of the screen.

I also tried to do it the other way around: Installing MacOS first, saving a fat32 partition so the Windows installer would allow me to format it to NTFS afterwards without complaining about the GPT partition scheme.

I was able to install both but I got stuck in the same scenario as above.

Am I missing something?

You cannot install OS X to an MBR disk. It requires GPT.

Install OS X first. Reserve a partition for Windows using a placeholder HFS+J partition. Boot the Windows installer in UEFI mode using Clover. Once you're in the Windows installer, you can delete the placeholder and install Windows in UEFI mode. After installing Windows, you should be able to boot it (in UEFI mode) via Clover.
