I have the same problem as you, you solved the problem?

Hi guys!
This problem is caused by a "serial port". For solving you should disable "serial port" in the BIOS.
This ssolution helped me with the same problem

At Clover Boot Screen choose Options and under CPU Tuning enable PatchAPIC, and under Binaries patching enable Kernel PM Patch. After that boot into your OS.

If you are able to boot into your OS again add the patches to your config.plist
