X79 on Sierra (CPU Issues)

Running Sierra on my hackintosh and it It doesn’t seem to be using all my cores correctly.
How do I fix this?
You can see where I started the benchmark (Geekmark 4)

I remember the last install I did, for 10.10 and I needed to run the CPU kext.....that enabled my multicore CPU.

I know Sierra changed quite a bit under the hood - so I am not sure if it is even relevant anymore.......Cheers
 
It's a little unclear what CPU you have. E5-2687W, i7-3930 or i7-3930k?
In any case, you need to have a proper SSDT for it. I recommend using the SSDT generator by PikerAlpha

If you're using clover as a bootloader, then you need to make sure you have the following kext patches in your config.plist under KernelAndKextPatches -> KextsToPatch (credit stinga11) (please check the attachments, I also added the patches in .plist format):
