Clover and Ghost Display

If I use a Clover version above 3726, my system thinks it has a second monitor attached. About This Mac will show two Thunderbolt displays, one with 2560X1440 resolution, and the other with 1280X720. I have to access my Hack using screen sharing from another Mac in order to log in. This happens when booting using only onboard graphic, or if I have an AMD 7970 installed. I boot with my bios set with onboard graphics as primary, and inject intel.

This problem still exists with Clover ver 3773. My computer correctly recognizes my Thunderbolt display connected to my Graphics card (now a Fury X). It also thinks there is a 41 inch display connected. Reverting to Clover ver 3726 resolves the issue.

I booted without caches and Clover ver 3773. It seems that the ghost monitor has disappeared.
