Sorry if this is in the wrong area.
I am having trouble with my new machine powering up.
Fractal Design R4
Gigabyte ga-z170x-ud5
GTX950
I7-6700k w/stock cooler
Corsair RM750
Ballistix Sport LT 16gb
LG Blu-ray
I have assembled everything. Double checked power connections both 24 pin and 8 pin. Tried the MB power connector every which way. Took out the video card. The power LED on the MB is on, but the switch on the case doesn't workMB won't work either. Took out the RAM and made sure it is seated properly. CPU fan is connected. Tested the PSU with a paper clip and it works fine. No matter what it won't turn on.
It did turn on once when the GPU was in. The MB flashed a few codes "19" and "C5" but then restarted and nothing else showed up.
Can't seem to figure anything out, any suggestions?
