I tried to update to the latest macOS Sierra 10.12.1 Public Beta 2. I did it, and I have no problem so far.

Nope, definitely not fixed with the recent beta. Instant freeze when accessing certain web sites with video content. No problems whatsoever with 10.11.6.

Common problem. I had it on my H97N-WIFI. I reverted back to 10.11.6 Sierra just seems dreadful should of not been released the way it is.

I don`t have HD 4600. I have a discrete card and i`m still having this issue. Tried the Kext to patch but didn`t work, as expceted since i don`t have a HD4600

The patch definitely makes a change: no more safari freezes but some side effects like slow video playback after sleep/wake. Are you sure you disabled the integrated GPU in your mainboard's bios?

You can easily check if the troublemaker kext is loaded by typing

sudo kextstat | grep -i azul

in Terminal.app
