Bluetooth Not Working On Broadcom Card - El Capitan

I solved it by connecting the internal usb power cable of my Corsair 100i watercooler to the card. The cable that came with the modified Broadcam card doesn't appear to power it. For Wifi, no external power is needed, the usb connection is only for making the Bluetooth work. I don't think the Corsair 100i needs the USB on a hackintosh so for now I will leave it like this.

Hi, I have the same motherboard & cpu as you. I have wifi OOB, but also no bluetooth. could you explain in more details on how you got it working? I have a Corsair 115 cooler and I don't understand what you mean by the internal usb power cable. Should I open up my computer and do something with it?

Sorry for a noob question. And I appreciate the help.

I have the same BCM94360CD card in my desktop as the TS. It always worked flawless in Yosemite, but not so much in El Capitan. Bluetooth was not available. There are probably more solutions, but what worked for me was renaming the USB2 devices in my DSDT to the new (if I understand that correctly) way of naming them in El Capitan. I renamed all EHC1 and EHC2 to EH01 resp. EH02. Bluetooth now works in El Capitan and Yosemite with these new names and without any further kext editing or dummy kexts. Renaming can be done with DSDT editing software or via the DSDT patch functions in Clover (under ACPI/patches; use Hex codes).

Hi,
I am having issues with my bluetooth working. I have wifi working OOB, but no bluetooth. Is it possible that you can teach me how I may edit my DSDT for my system? I am a noob, but I got everything else working.. just never did any DSDT editing before... I appreciate your time.

Hi Folks,

I have a Gigabyte H170n motherboard with Dell DW1560 (Broadcom BCM94352Z) BT-WiFi card. BT-WiFi worked flawlessly until now. El Cap doesn't recognize the BT module just the WiFi. How should i fix the problem?

Same here:
Gigabyte Z170X-UD5 TH

BT recognized, but not functional.

I'm having the same issues. Running EC, Wifi OOTB and Bluetooth dysfunctional. It doesn't show up under system reports either.

I have the bcm94331cd and the fenvi PCI adapter. Not sure what the motherboard is-- It's a Dell XPS 8500. Would really appreciate some assistance.

Would buying a bcm94360cd be a better ootb experience, or is it a problem with both at this point with EC? Anybody try sierra?

I solved the problem by renaming USB EHC1-EHC2 to EH01-EH02 with Clover Configurator.
