WinImage *.ima Unpacker ?

IsoBuster manages to extract a 28mb mp3 from the image, but the image file I am trying to unpack is a firmware file for the Z10PE-D8 WS motherboard and after looking at the file with HexEdit i can see that the image is full of javascript files.

Can anybody recommend a tool that works either with OS X natively or via wine wrapper ?

You've probably solved this problem by now, but I would try Crossover by CodeWeavers. You can get a free trial and see if it runs WinImage. I certainly use WinImage in an XP VM so you could set up a Crossover "bottle" (as they call them) for emulated XP.
