Found out that the GA-H61N-USB3-B3 has a fresco logic usb3 controller... Which doesn't have 'native' support. I think I might have only been getting usb2 speeds on them before... but two working usb2 ports is better than two useless usb3 ports.

GA-H61N-USB3-B3 F8 Bios with F8 DSDT from the database. Using the above patched 2870 PXHCD.kext does not solve the issue for me. Nothing ever registers in the USB3 ports. I've tried the DP3 kexts IOUSBFamily.kext and IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext also. No dice.

I have this issue trying to boot 10.7.3 after updating from 10.7.0... No way to boot period. The only way to get the machine back is time machine back to 10.7.0. Same exact error. This thread is the highest hit on google.
