Hi @Inqnuam thanks for the speedy reply - so I think it was 0.7.2 - I'm not sure now without being able to log in but were talking June 21 when I last tinkered with OC. It's been very stable and if it ain't broke and all that!!

Aghh!! @CaseySJ - hope you're good. I've just updated via HackinDROM (which I never normally use). It just rebooted, and I'm stuck on an OpenShell.EFI - I ran it but I'm not sure what to do as I've not encountered this before. First update since June 21. As always any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks, ALL has been fine until this 0.7 update and this slightly newer way of doing things.. As I say I built this and got it working perfect, sleep, usb, airdrop TB3, the lot.. and still is.. But I feel now I'm messing with my original USB & Flashed TB3 settings by using these 'generic'...

Did you fix this? I am now in the same boat on the splash screen, and I've never used HackinDROM OR OC Config before as I had a lot of problems with USB. I went through the pain of flashing the TB3. So I've always liked to just simply edit in Plist Editor and all has worked well. No problems...

Okay set your RAM to 2666 - Apple set their RAM at 2666 and trust me you WILL NOT see any difference in performance. You will save yourselves a lot of headaches. Also - if this keeps happening, trouble with sleep, USB Ejects etc. You may also want to look into: Splitting all USB2 peripherals...
