Dell XPS 9300 - USB Controller ports not being detected

Hello, I appear to have a problem with the usb controller ports not being detected, I've spent several hours on this with no success. I first tried USBToolBox to map my USB ports on Windows before installing. It detects the controller "TXHC@D" and "XHC@14" and all the ports can be seen on...

    HiDPI Sleep-Wake issue

So my DMVT Pre-Allocated is 64M which is the highest setting available and my Total GFX Mem is MAX, which between the other options is I'm assuming 256M I think they are working properly as I wasnt able to boot before without the framebuffer patch, but I now am able to do so. But the high DPI...

    HiDPI Sleep-Wake issue

Nope this is on a Razer Blade with i7 10750h. I thought it might have been the framebuffer patch so I modded my bios to enable 64mb DMVT which was a risk i wasnt initially willing to take, but have done and its made no difference. I was also using the 2k natively but everythings too small...

<< Solved >> Battery indicator not working with updated OpenCore

I cant believe how simple of a fix this was and im kinda annoyed on the wasted hours. SSDT patches are outdated and interfere with the new smcbatterymanager. Delete any SSDT patches and load smcbatterymanager and ecenabler kexts.

    VoodooI2C Help and Support

Hi Alex, I started fresh using only patches I need and the issue still seems to be there. However you are correct in that I have a kaby lake processor. Is that the issue?

    Error Compiling SSDT

Hi Rehab, I'm not sure if this is a VoodooI2c specific issue or not but I was hoping you could shed some light on this issue. Clearing the kernel cache resolved the issue and VoodooI2C is now working. However a weird side effect of enabling the trackpad is my power management doesn't work...

    VoodooI2C Help and Support

Hi Alex, Thank you for your suggestion, I cleared the kernel cache and that solved it. However I have run into a new issue. According to the tables in the GPIO pinning guide, my pin should be 0x55, however applying that does not make the touchpad work. However if I go one above or below it...
