hello, 4mit, really appreciate your job here, apparently you have done it highly complete, but i noticed you didn't mention about HDMI port, i wonder if it works
Updated my ASUS z370-i UHD630 hackintosh
Time: like 40 minutes
Problem: I left it alone for updating. The last reboot failed showing a no-entry mark, but, when I click the power button to boot it again, everything works. It shows 10.14.5, and every components works just like before.
I can sure you asrock z370m-itx and asus z370-i both work perfectly.
in my knowledge, cnvi port has something less so there is no adapter for this.
RTX 2070 is obviously not surported by Mojave now.
aviod using Samsung 970 evo plus or PM981, both cant install macOS.
the CPU is likely to be swappable but not for sure yet. Since APPLE have BGA CPU for MacMini, they could do the same to iMac. I wish what you said is true because i also want to buy a base model and upgrade it on my own.
And here is a hint for everyone with similar thoughts, if you buy a iMac...
i have just found my deskmini hackintosh will sometimes crash after sleep. do you have the same issue?
some apps just can not launch and freeze after a sleep, and a reboot can fix it. so i just usually not use sleep function, this issue makes me feeling deskmini hackintosh not a good idea...
i just found that if i use a Unibeast USB stick to boot the machine, I can do a shutdown in macOS and it won't boot again.
so theoretically it can be shutdown, we are just still missing something.
i tried update from 10.13.6 to 10.14.1 today with fixing nothing but ruining my HD630 accelerate,i am considering give it a reinstall and see if shutdown will work.
