Well @CaseySJ Sleep is finally working! Just to be clear that water cooling on the cpu will continue to work after this or not? I found some interesting reading here in the forum, I have a h115i Corsair water cooler, that USB port (Internal HS11) was preventing sleep (finally found that after...

Now that I think of, I also have water cooling from corsair attached via USB, maybe I can also finally fix the sleep issue.

@jiffyslot @djx8605 No, onboard Audio is fine, but it has some background noise as described earlier. And yes the kext are all actual, got no boot chime. I have 0x01005 as CPU type, Inject = 7 and ResetHDA all devices are on 24bit 48kHz USB Inject and fix ownership only. It also pops when I...

As a side note plugging the loudspeakers direct into the headphone out of the computer, or the line out in the back panel and moving the mouse gives me the classic "static 64kbps modem sound" but the click isn't happening. https://www.dropbox.com/s/irja8v68934rgr0/20200209_144453.mp4?dl=0...

Hi @CaseySJ I tried to search the whole forum and despite finding some people with the same issue I couldn't find any of them with a solution. I am still having only one issue on my setup which I wasn't able to fix, maybe I can track it down somehow with your help. When playing content, audio...

If anyone is still on Mojave and has also audio issues, I solved them by updating all kexts and OS to 10.14.6, removed the Vega 64 Fan Fix and adjusted my config.plist according to @CaseySJ mini guide. I'm on iMac Pro 1,1 iGpu disabled.

Hi Casey, long time no see, hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas. I had this little issue that wasn't really annoying but now it has become something that I need to look into. Got some audio dropouts here and there, with the usb connection which it seems to be overloading. I looked...

    All Things PRO AUDIO

Those are the results, no difference between 96Khz and 44.100 on the playback just on the cores, this is on 10.14.3 LPX 10.4.4 I can play 15 tracks smoothly iStat shows about 83% cpu use, got no overclock just a standard install. Increasing buffer size from medium and 256 samples however...

    All Things PRO AUDIO

Sorry I had literally no time to get on the forum, I have something similar to you as a result of the multithread load spreading with one difference, that last core spike. Into Logic options the only difference is "Playback & Live Tracks" is set just to Playback, and in my BIOS settings I have...

Sorry for the late reply I've been pretty busy, TB2 to TB3. @CaseySJ in the "Going The Extra Mile" table, there is no option for the iMacPro Headless setup on 10.14.5, I am still on 10.14.3 and the iGpu works headlessly. Maybe you can help me figure out because I wanted to update.

Hi @CaseySJ , so if I update to 10.14.4 do I need to change the platform ID or will it work straightforward with the previous build? (iMacPro 1,1)
