thanks, in my setup, if i change resolution the artifacts are also gone but just for a 15 minutes or so. what makes me crazy is that those 15 minutes everything is perfect, smooth and no problems at all, very strange..

In my case (gtx 560), the artifacts are there with or without "inject nvidia", but dual display works with both configs. If your setup behaves similar to mine, you can try with any video on youtube in fullscreen and exit fullscreen, which triggers the artifacts at the moment, without waiting for...

I tried with and without those kext too, and the result was the same, i confirmed the webdriver was loaded, don't have any problem with sleep, or black screens, it runs smooth and all, but with many artifacts after a few minutes
