thx for the hint. is the "kext to patch part" the only change that the patch applies to the system? or is there an additional change that the increase usb port fix applies?
Hi. I've used 9.2.1 a week ago before 10 was ready. Now I try to figure out how to undo the 9.2.1 max port patch and apply the 10 max port patch instead.
Hi. Thank you for the fast answer. Sorry about the question but I'm relatively new to this topic. How do I remove the old fix and apply the new one?
1) Remove a file from the file system?
2) use another file or just apple only the new fix with the multibeast UI?
Thanks for further help!

Hi,
I've installied High Sierra 10.13.1 with Multibeast 9.2.1 and therefore applied the outdated "Max Port Limit Fix" for my H97n Mainboard. Currently I have the problem that not all USB 3.0 Ports are recognized. Should I replace the old fix with the new one?
If thats the case how can I do that...
Hi Guys,
some days ago I did a clean install of 10.13.1 and used MB 9.2.1. It works pretty well except the USB 3.0 ports. All ports are working with USB 2.0 devices, but only one of the front panel USB 3.0 ports is able to recognize USB 3.0 devices.
As a config template I used this guide...

Hi,
I had a similar problem.
In my case it had nothing to do with bluetooth.
I did the following:
* formatted my ssd before installing (this was essential) - on other machine in my case
* connected my ssd to sata0
* install usb stick to usb 2
then it passed the bluetooth transport stuff
cheers...
Hi,
I also have a problem with this. Deactivated all Power saving options. Download runs for a long time. When I come back I see no picture. When I press a key the machine reboots with an error screen. After 2nd reboot it works again. Any solution for that?
Thanks
Mike
