I successfully installed El Capitan on my system drive and am only able to boot into it with my Clover USB but when I run Multibeast so I can boot directly from my system drive it doesn't work.
The error I get when I attempt to boot from the system drive is:

I do know about the AppleIntelCPUPowermanagement kext that you are talking about but in it is a very easy fix that just involves booting via a Unibeast flash drive and installing it with Kextbeast.
