This is not depends on Titan Ridge version.
Currently, I'm using a non-patched Titan Ridge 1.0 and I don't need to re-plug DP - macOS loads it's own firmware upon boot and LG 5K monitor turns on and works on. If I make reboot - I see BIOS without a problem. Flashing needed only if you want to...
i also referring to the 192gb ddr5 set of 4 modules
i think you will not notice any difference on 3200mhz vs 5200mhz, so i recommend upgrading if you need more ram
absolutely
i've tried with amd/intel cpu's
by default memory works on 3200mhz (in case of 4 dimms installed)
i've tried to increase frequency to 3400 - system is very unstable.
if 3600 - system doesn't start at all
if you install four DIMM sticks, they will work maximum on 3200MHz. Only if you install just two DIMM sticks - they will work on 5200. So, if you plan to install four sticks, you can buy cheapest DIMM modules with lowest freq.

I've used old cx4 10gbe cards ten years ago (with mac pro 2013). Now I'm using ACQ107 based card with Ventura (on z690 aero g hackintosh)...
