It worked Perfect!! I changed the Wiring Plug for my Front ports from the AC-97 to the other Pig tail, Plugged in like your First example and it's Working Just as you said it would.:headbang:

Not a huge deal Breaker as I have working Audio on my Board in ML. However I have to Set output to Internal Speakers in order to get sound. If I try and swap the output to one of the 2 Line Out ports I don't get any sound. Did I miss something in setup or is this normal?

Well I do plan on doing an RMA on the Sabertooth. The $120 ($99 if I do the Rebate, on sale at ComUSA this week) for the GA-Z77 is a small price to pay. I'd rather spend that than be down for the time it will take on the RMA. When it comes back I'll use it on my Son's system he's been wanting...
I know there were some Sleep/Wake issues from what I read. I leave my System on 24/7 w/o using sleep functions though. they were working fine on the P67 Sabertooth (Shutdowns and etc). I just couldn't get audio to work on that MB due to the Bios (i.e. The Bricking due to bad BIOS flash)

Yeah so um managed to Brick my ASUS P67 Sabertooth in my attempt to roll back the BIOS. So picked up another MB this morning.
MB: Gigabyte Z77-DS3H
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K
Video: 2x Nvidia 550Ti (Using 1 during install, then pop in other)
Memory: 12gig's DDR3 (I only use 8 during install)...
