Sorry to hear. USB 3.0 works fine just without this kext. Speeds are good.

Same here. What helped: - boot in Safemode and renew cache (-f -x) - remove USB3 kext in terminal - boot in normal mode, again with new cache Now everything works for me. You may have to choose the right sound device in System Preferences.

Same answer as in another thread: ALC892 worked for me after selecting the right sound device in System Preferences. Took me about to find this simple solution :D Hope it works for you, too :thumbup:

Had the same issue with H87M-D3H. Right after installation everything worked fine, but after running Multibeast my USB3 Ports didn't work. What solved the Problem for me was removing the USB3 kext, which I selected in Multibeast. sudo rm -R /System/Library/Extensions/GenericUSBXHCI.kext/
