Well you were correct. I used another system I built a couple years ago with an Asus Gryphon z87 and an i3-4620 and the MSI Radeon RX 560 worked without any kexts or patches. Created a new Unibeast with UEFI and it worked like a champ. Now I just need to figure out the audio. Thanks.
Seems I have tried every combination of everything on all posts with High Sierra 10.13.4 and AMD Graphics. I can only get it to come up with either safe mode or without AMDRadeonX4000.kext. So no acceleration.
I have an older setup so I'm not sure if that is the issue or not.

So you may need to use clover configure to add the npci=0x3000 to your config file when you are booting off your hard drive. I had the same issue where it would not boot to Serria off the hard drive unless I had the npci=0x3000 in the boot arguments.
I will put together some bios settings and the only setting that I added from the clover settings for Serria was npci=0x3000. I used legacy setting when building the thumb drive booting.
Well I got it up and going basically by putting everything back to standard and adding the npci=0x3000.
Networking was working but I switched to an intel gigabit Ethernet card and it works well.
Thanks Oddysee.
Wow I took off the OSXAptioFixDRV2 and the fake cpu and added the npci=0x3000 and it got through the most of the boot and its now sitting at the Apple with a spinning ball. Thanks for the tip.
I still have not had any luck with those changes.
I get.

This seems to come up with most of what I try.
I put in the 0x0306C000 and it hangs at +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
across half of the screen.
I did see a guy on eBay.uk that was selling a hackintosh with El Capitan and Sierra Dual boot using a Dell T3600.
I sent him a message to see if he would reveal how he got it to work. I also found...
I'm currently working on a Dell T3600 trying to load Sierra. I went through the
"UniBeast: Install macOS Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC" from this site. I'm not quite sure what the boot options should be. I've gotten it to boot to clover but I'm having issues when it gets to the pci...
