@3Dman Do you have any tips on how to get that modified GRUB shell running? I've been trying and it won't boot from BIOS no matter what I do (put the EFI into boot folder, format USB drive to FAT32, EXFAT, etc). Any help is much appreciated!

Ah I see, that makes a lot of sense then. With the SSDT, VideoProc would be prioritizing the RX580 instead of the UHD630.
I think I'll try running without the SSDT for now, and if things get wonky I'll add the V2 one back in. Thanks for your help.
Ah that's my mistake. I was under the assumption that the menu would show up regardless if I had an Apple TV connected or not (I have one, it's just sitting in my closet right now). Thought I read somewhere that it was a good indicator towards a fully working system. My bad!
