I had the same problem but I always have a backup SSD with my old system on it. I just booted into Mavericks and then ran Multibeast, did a "save" then "load" into the new SSD with Yosemite. This got me past the "PCI Config" problem but I then had Kernal Panics when Yosemite was loading...

Just installed Mavericks and iMessage wasn't working. Copied FileNVRAM 1.1.2 to Extra/modules and this fix worked great! thanks!!!

Once I used those commands to be able to boot then running multibeast with storks settings (plus 32 bit boot screen) worked for me. It's booted fine ever since.

Are you getting to the Tonymac boot screen? If so hit the space bar to stop the boot and type this: -x -v BootCache=No GraphicEnabler=No PCIRootUID=1 This will at least get you verbose booting to see where it hangs.

I was having lots of issues with Lion booting. My problem was the boot0=error due to the new hard drive 4k sectors issue. I could boot from unibeast but not from the HD. I fixed that then set multibeast to 32bit boot screen. Something worked cuz now I can boot no problem.
