Finally my problem is solved. I've changed the the Multi-Monitor Mode to 'Enabled' in BIOS.
And than the 'Product Name' to 'iMac19,1' in config.plist.
Now everything working well. And there is no reboot after 5 minutes.

I think I'm on the wrong way. I thought the problem is S/PDIF but it's not the truth. Honestly I'm lost in this issue. My Hackintosh randomly reboots when I stop use it. And sometimes I lost the bluetooth when it starts. After reboot bluetooth works again.

Try this:
Use Hackintool and install AppleALC, Lilu, WhateverGreen into /L/E. If it's not clear, you have to read the post "An iDiot's Guide To Lilu and its Plug-in's". Hopefully it will help for you.
