I did the USB port configuration. A few times with usb mapper script which did not yield proper result. Then tried hackintool. And before windows everything worked fine.

Yes. After I uninstalled the drivers from command line, I was able to enter the system and install new drivers. Maybe try removing some options in clover boot.
For thous of you who did not uninstall Nvidia WebDrivers and install the update and stuck in boot loop, this is how i solved my problem from Single User mode.
