OK, everything is now working except audio. I have copied over the included AppleHDA.kext, installed it, and patched with it. Still nothing. Should I try to patch the file with AppleHDA Patcher ? If so, which codec do I use for this laptop?

Hey I am trying to complete the step for editing EFI Patches using EFI_Shell but I cannot figure out how to get to the EFI_Shell to apply the patches. Is this A file I download from somewhere? Sorry if this is a rookie question
