I saw this documentation in VirtualSMC
Add watchdog=0 to disable WatchDog timer (if you get accidental reboots).
I will try tomorrow and report back if it works.
Hello all,
As I keep updating macOS and waiting for a fix for my KP, it seems like I cannot find a way to fix it. Below is my KP report for my Desktop build i7-7700K with Rx560 built on OpenCore.
I tried to search online for this issue on watchdog, but I do not see anyone to have a solution...
Thanks for the help, as I tried to follow several guides, but still does not get it to work.
I have posted my DSDT over here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/opencore-battery-patch.295289/post-2158523
Thanks,

Hello @BlvckBytes ,
I have an HP ZBook G4 which I cannot get my BAT status to work correctly.
Would you mind to help me out?
I am using OC, and SSDT patch would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
twsps
My ZBook is a newer version, so I believe none of those would work for me. Mine is Kabylake i7-7820hq, and I have two batteries under my DSDT. I have also tried to apply patch to my DSDT for EC, but I am not sure if my EC is being recognized correctly. As my EC is EC0, should I be applying patch...
Thanks for the tip. I have also noticed that I found two variables for overclock variables "Overclocking Lock" and "Overclocking Feature". Currently I have enabled "Overclocking Feature" and undervolting is working, what about the "Overclocking Lock"? What does it do specifically?
Thanks,
twsps
Hello @jkbuha, I would like to ask what is the variable name for GPU Voltage Offset? I have a different laptop that I would like to undervolt but not sure whether it is GT Voltage Offset or not.
Thanks,
twsps
This appears to not work with macOS 10.14.6+ due to bluetooth not available with the patch @GridH has provided. Is it due to IOUSBFamily package being rewrote already?
