Hello everyone...
I am using GTX 660 on GA-H77M-D2H coupled with Core i3 3220(HD 2500). At present, my card is working well. But I am eager to install combo update(10.8.3). I was wondering is there any modification in existing kexts would be required? I have installed CUDA drivers from nVidia...
In order to get it work you need to have Edited DSDT for your MOBO..but unfortunately I dont think it would be available. Still, try to install through Easy DSDT. It is always recommended to check components compatibility before buying.
I think you removed GTX 670 and booted through HDMI on HD4000...now install GTX 670 again and boot through it..i mean..connect HDMI cable on GTX 670 and not on MOBO port.
This will work. I am sure... Bec I have experienced same problem.
I am having same issue. My GTX 660 test in windows shows 80FPS while in MAC it shows only 40FPS. Even I have installed offical nVidia drivers from nVidia.com.
Any Solutions?
Its working now...
I removed my nVidia Card(GTX 660- Non Ti) first and booted through integrated graphics card( HD 2000) with Graphicsenabler=Yes npci=0x2000. It was successful then I installed nvidia drivers and card. Everything works now.
USB 2.0 = Yes
USB 3.0 = Not tested yet...
Thanks Middleman...
I am having GA-H77M-D3H mobo...ok let me try both option. The installation was successful but i am not getting desktop right now. It gets kernel panic.
I will revert back to you shortly.
Hello..
I am going to install OS X ML 10.8.2 today on my new Build which has Intel Core i3 3220 and Zotac GTX 660. Since, My Graphics card is not supported OBB, I was wondering is it possible to install OS X? My CPU has HD 2500 which is not supported by OS X and will do never in future too...
