I have the M1 mac mini...amd hack...and had the Hp elite mini desktop(sold it for same money i bought 1 year later)...Gave my grandson my 560 video card from AMd setup....never thinking what it would cost to replace it...He is happy with it....never would have believed how much cost to replace...

really only difference i noticed is the FCN one is brushless...usually last longer...as more power tools are going that way...but as always YMV!!...thanks for all the info...rafale77 Very imformative..

ok...sleep seems to work ok.....and have added SMCProcessor.kext, and SMCSuperIO.kext....so far everything working ok...

so far only difference i see is that i am using VirtualSMC instead of FakeSMC....still looking...

so far no problems....used it for about 5 hours day....surfing....doing some doc work....and watched some hulu movies.. so far everything works...wifi...sound bluetooth...ethernet...no stalling or locking up....what problems you having?

just updated to the newest HP bios....no problems so far...works great

update went well for me also...no problems...also took out fakesmc and went to virutal smc....works good..no problems so far.

I have to agree with deeveedee and rafale77 both...I have the HP g4 and the new mac mini m1..love them both...been hackintoshing for along time...and it is filled with grief and rewards..Love my Hp...and with all the help here is an awesome machine. And upgradable...but the M1 mini is cheaper in...
