have you tried using VirtualSMC ? last year i change FakeSMC kext to VirtualSMC and fix this problem, different devices though.

FYI, on propertree there's a feature called OC Snapshot that can generate ACPI,Kext Names,driver,and tools to config.plist based your OC folder. If you have a bunch of kext this feature would make easier for you to rename all kext in OC config.plist

Hi rubble, i see your config.plist have some unnecessary patches, all this patches GFX0 to IGPU, PEGP to GFX0, HECI to IMEI, MEI to IMEI, HDAS to HDEF is need to disabled/deleted because it automated patched by Whatevergreen, try this config.plist also using Nullcpupowermanagement is not ideal...
